Today's ubiquitous industrial progress results are the widespread availabilities of composite materials in manufacturing processes and various branches of their end-users.

DAR Metall AG is a leader in dry mechanical recycling of composite materials based on aluminum and plastics.

The technology and technical equipment used in our production allow for 100% recycling of a wide range of incoming materials, eliminating the need to melt them, and the subsequent formation of harmful emissions and waste.

In full compliance with the highest environmental requirements of the production chain, we ensure the impeccable quality of the final product in the form of:

• secondary aluminum powders;
• aluminum granules;
• plastic grinding;

About 30,000 tons of raw materials per year lend themselves to a deep cycle of processing directly into the final product at our site in Ebeleben, Germany.

Permanent optimization of production processes allows us to maintain a low level of energy and production costs, as a result of which we are represented by a wide range of aluminum products in various industries in the markets of Europe and Asia.

Due to the wide range of refractories at the disposal of DAR Metall AG, as well as a flexible approach to the design of linings taking into account the influence of real operating conditions, we are constantly looking for new solutions and promptly react to the dynamically changing world around us.

In the production of refractory materials, the most advanced technologies and equipment are used, as well as high quality raw materials:

All supplied refractory materials in enterprises with a certified quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001.

We design and manufacture refractories for:

• steel-casting ladles and tundishes;
• converters of any type and capacity;
• electric arc furnaces and induction furnaces;
• open-hearth furnaces;
• products for steel casting;
• starting mixtures and mortars for servicing of slide gates;
